OUR BEGINNING
Our history starts back in 1982 when our firmโs president, Peter Hiscutt, began his work experience in the field of architecture and design. Peter co-founded Hiscutt & Bell, Inc. in 1993. Hiscutt & Bell, Inc transitioned to Hiscutt & Associates, Inc in 2001. Peter's ability to maintain lasting client relationships defined the firm and allowed him to establish Hiscutt & Associates, Inc. Along with this, his years of experience in overseeing projects ranging from small offices to large multi-tenant facilities provides him with the capability to adapt to any site limitation or building restriction.

Peter continues to drive the firm along with the help of our entire team, including David & Katie.

Over the years our firm has grown from a one man show, to a team of dedicated professionals. Starting with David Zelaya joining the team in 1999. His involvement in the firm creates a strong foundation within the team. His extensive knowledge of construction and codes helps guide our team members. In 2018 Katie Brochard joined the team. She works diligently to fulfill client needs, while mentoring our design professionals.
Today, we strive to cultivate a client-focused design approach and an on-time project delivery. We provide our clients with our in-house services such as project management and permitting while still upholding our due diligence.

Our team works with trusted consultants to provide additional services. Consultants include civil engineers, landscape architects, structural engineers, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineers, and fire protection engineers.
