Sam's Crossing Village Publix & Shops

The project was designed to conform with the City of Decatur's High Performance Building Standards (HPBS). To ensure the Publix building and the two Retail Shop buildings met the City's HPBS, the buildings were developed with Green Globes design standards and certified with the Green Building Initiative organization.

The Publix facade was designed with a mixture of brick and stacked stone, stucco, metal panels and metal details. The combination of materials was chosen to meet Green Globes efficiency standards. The two Retail Shop buildings consisted of eight suite spaces and the exterior designs complemented elements found in the Publix façade.
