Mineral Springs

The existing Mineral Springs Center was built in the 1970's and was in need of renovation and expansion to continue serving the mental health needs of Fannin County. While the interior layout was left intact, we added 1,860 SF to one end of the building to provide for a workshop and additional restrooms. Interior spaces were renovated with new materials and the exterior siding was replaced with a split-face base and exterior insulation system. The central drive was widened to facilitate better bus access and additional parking was provided. A truck dock allows for receiving products used in the daily work programs.
