The four Retail Shop buildings consisted of ten gray shell design suite spaces. The design of the suite spaces included the exterior finishes, interior concrete slabs, exterior wall insulations, exposed interior wall construction, and coordinated MEP stub ups. Site lighting design, including photometrics layouts and circuitry of site fixtures was included in the project design.
