Phenix City Shops

The pre-engineered metal building was remodeled to a warm, dark shell space split between three separate tenants. The remodel included updating the exterior finishes, interior concrete slabs, exterior wall insulations, and exposed interior wall construction. Site lighting design, including photometrics layouts and circuitry of site fixtures and signs was included in the project design.
