Today marks the opening of the One Nexton Publix, in Summerville, SC.
Publix was named the center's anchor store back in January 2022.
This Publix is located in the heart of the One Nexton mixed-use center, creating a strong foundation for the growing community. The area designed by our talented staff includes a 48,387 SF Publix Grocery, and 37,500 SF of Retail Shops in 4 freestanding buildings. We are excited to have been a part of this development for the community.
